Equipment Loans
Overview
Stamford ITS has some equipment that is available to be loaded out to students, facility, and staff for academic reasons. It should be noted that Stamford ITS no longer uses paper sign out forms and all sign out requests must go through the appropriate form on this website. After filling out a form you will receive a confirmation from the ticketing system that a ticket has been created. After that original confirmation you will receive another notification from the ticketing system with directions on pickup once we have seen and been able to respond to you request.
Cameras
Cameras are available to students for academic use and faculty and staff for UConn related duties. The loan period for a camera is two weeks at a time. If there is not a waiting list, the students will have the ability to renew the camera by presenting it IN PERSON. If there is a waiting list, students MUST return the camera on the due date. Being extensively late or missing the due date more then once will result in being banded from checking out cameras and other equipment from Stamford ITS.
Note that camera pickups and returns are done by appointment only and must be during full time staffs normal business hours, we are unable to accommodate pickups or drop-offs outside of these hours.
